Leadership has found a way to balance being leaders and friends. On any given day they're directing major initiatives but also palling around with everyone at a Happy Hour or over lunch. I love that I never feel "beneath" any one of them.

We just got a 401k match after there was a lot of company feedback about wanting one. Really excited about that!

I think the level of detail, time consumption, and management of expectations in regards to internal and clients is extremely demanding and would be compensated higher at other organizations.

Would love to see 401k offered. Also, I do not have stock option and hence the no answer.
