My interview process was very different from what it is now. So currently, I would say I like when non-managers are brought in to do a peer interview or a senior team member does the interview. It's just a different perspective and it also gives the interviewee a chance to interact with peers.

It was long, but it assured both me and Penrod were a good fit for each other.

One of the interviews is where you get to ask questions to your potential team mates to help determine if the conpany is right for you as the applicant.
