Leadership has found a way to balance being leaders and friends. On any given day they're directing major initiatives but also palling around with everyone at a Happy Hour or over lunch. I love that I never feel "beneath" any one of them.

The leadership team does a great job of communicating the vision of the organization so that we know where we are headed and can be excited about growing as an organization.
