Incredibly smart, open to new ideas, friendly, inclusive, and very collaborative. The engineers aren't siloed from the rest of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are SO approachable. Harry, Tom, Elaine, Melanie, Ben, Greg...everyone is so easy to talk to and genuinely cares about your success.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that the culture is amazing, and people care about my development. It's not hierarchical -- everyone looks out for each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's great -- not too little, not too much. I like that they move fast, but not too fast. It's a really good, balanced process.
