What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amazing insurance coverage they offer

The base salary is very competitive for a company this size, the bonus is great and for my role, not usually part of the overall comp package.

Free lunches, 100/month uber credit, health, dental, vision 90% covered by the company. Unlimited PTO w/ required 2-week concurrent policy. Very little infighting common at many other companies. Overall great place to work. Comp is average maybe slightly below average for market rate.

We're a small but mighty team. We've been able to see the impact our day to day work has on the overall business and tie that to actionable outcomes to become more efficient.

The people. Everyone is so friendly and warm. No matter how much stress we're under, people will always take the time to smile warmly and ask how I'm doing.

It was very fast, working with a recruiter I was able to set a salary wage that was around the market rates, and recruiters worked towards getting me in at market rate with personal experience.
