Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I never feel awkward or weird about asking for help.

We all come from very diverse backgrounds, which helps us think through problems in a non-traditional manner.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is very competitive for a company this size, the bonus is great and for my role, not usually part of the overall comp package.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They moved so quickly. I never felt like they were looking for the next best thing, when we met in person, I got an offer in the room.
