Team is very honest and proactively addresses problems that might arise.

The leadership team is very equally-level with every member of the organization. It's a very collaborative environment where people help to support one another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very fast, working with a recruiter I was able to set a salary wage that was around the market rates, and recruiters worked towards getting me in at market rate with personal experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free lunches, 100/month uber credit, health, dental, vision 90% covered by the company. Unlimited PTO w/ required 2-week concurrent policy. Very little infighting common at many other companies. Overall great place to work. Comp is average maybe slightly below average for market rate.
