Generally speaking, Persado is a great place to work and if some areas improve I trully believe it can become the best place to work. What I think needs improvement is the following: 1) Compensation 2) Holidays (only approval from manager) 3) Reduce amount of meetings

CS teams need to understand how operations work and not care only about the customer, care about your coworkers as well.

Athens in Greece is not a cheap city to leave in. Greek are getting paid much less compared to employees in other countries but the cost of leaving in Athens is quite expensive. How you can survive if the rent is 600 pm and your salary is 800-1000?
