Persefoni has been a great place to work. I have been very impressed with our CEO. While he is very young for a CEO, he seems to know what he's doing. I appreciated the fact that he reached out personally to me when I joined to ask a few questions and get to know me.

Working with very passionate and highly talented co-workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a bi-weekly all-hands meeting where leadership talks about what is going on in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're helping companies measure and report on their carbon footprint, which is a major necessary piece of the puzzle in addressing climate change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The yearly salary is very competitive. However, health insurance is not fully paid by the company, and it's not the best insurance that I've had.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very collaborative. People are positive and easy to work with, but won't hesitate to speak their mind - it's one of the foundational operation principles of the company
