What do you like best about the leadership team?

One thing that stands out is the leadership team's commitment to transparency. They consistently make sure that all employees understand the rationale behind decisions, which fosters a culture of trust and open communication. This approach demystifies decision-making.

Transparent, engaged, down to earth, and agile.

Masters and experts in their fields unafraid to take risks. While they are deep into their work they genuinely care about others and their growth.

There is a bi-weekly all-hands meeting where leadership talks about what is going on in the company.

The leadership team is accessible. They openly share goals and progress as well as setbacks. I would feel comfortable reaching out to any member of the leadership team (including our CEO) with questions or feedback (positive or constructive).

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The Health Care benefits are quite generous.

Equity combined with strong base, bonus and benefits

The package is extremely competitive and well representative of the market

Pay and benefits are given fairly and as we scale the benefits increase.

Compensation is competitive and the benefits are great. I very much appreciate that the company celebrates holidays such as International Women’s Day and International Day Against Homophobia/Transphobia/Biphobia. I also appreciate that sick time is separate from PT

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The yearly salary is very competitive. However, health insurance is not fully paid by the company, and it's not the best insurance that I've had.

If you love working multiple roles, and being told that you need to be grateful for the company this is for you. Be ready to be underpaid and stressed out.

They're nearly all highly motivated, high-quality people. Lots of people with a tremendous amount of experience.

Nice coworkers who have wonderful passion and motivation to contribute to the health of the earth.

Incredible intelligent, passionate, mission driven

One of the most talent dense teams I have ever worked with. Super friendly and happy to share knowledge without any sense of competitive undertones.

We're helping companies measure and report on their carbon footprint, which is a major necessary piece of the puzzle in addressing climate change.

Teammates take time to check in regularly. They provide open, honest, and constructive feedback. They celebrate each other's successes. Persefoni's Operating Principles are meant to guide actions, and the team and individuals all align to the principles.

The transparent communication at all levels and the passion everyone has for the company and our mission.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

The interview process was quick, well communicated, and did not waste any time. The key questions were asked and I was able to get an excellent view of Persefoni during those meetings.

The transparency and interest in me and my experience. It was also me interviewing them and that approach was very well received.

I enjoyed the opportunity to meet people I work directly alongside. I felt everyone asked good questions throughout the interview process and I got a realistic picture of the challenges the team and company face as well as a true sense of the company culture.

I was able to meet many people and get a really good idea about the expectations for my role and the overall culture.

Be ready to be taken on a wild ride while interviewing. If you interview in Tempe be prepared to go to the office MULTIPLE times. You are lucky if you get to have lunch while you are there, and you are lucky if they call you back with a low ball offer. Be sure to be an adult and keep up the talent!

What makes you most happy at work?

I love working with our team and our customers, they are exceptional. Jumping on calls is a joy, not a stressor.

Growing with the company makes me very happy. The work itself is rewarding - building a sustainable company, changing the world with the tool, expanding into different countries.
