- What are some of the best things about your team?They're nearly all highly motivated, high-quality people. Lots of people with a tremendous amount of experience.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The Health Care benefits are quite generous.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?One thing that stands out is the leadership team's commitment to transparency. They consistently make sure that all employees understand the rationale behind decisions, which fosters a culture of trust and open communication. This approach demystifies decision-making.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The yearly salary is very competitive. However, health insurance is not fully paid by the company, and it's not the best insurance that I've had.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Be ready to be taken on a wild ride while interviewing. If you interview in Tempe be prepared to go to the office MULTIPLE times. You are lucky if you get to have lunch while you are there, and you are lucky if they call you back with a low ball offer. Be sure to be an adult and keep up the talent!
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers in the Tempe Office are shady. Keep to yourself and document everything.
