What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay and workload aren't a balance. The manager is a joke. And they set you up to get cheated out of a pleasant and exciting entry to the group, the brand doesn't like it when any of us make friends and get along well

Toxic and fake. The management and upper management don't care and don't have your back
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't just feel undervalued, I clearly am. When someone just takes advantage of my will do and can do attitude and flexibility compensation is too little too late.
