Very positive. I have learned and grown more professionally here than any other company I have worked for. They provide plenty of training and learning opportunities to expand your skill set and I love that I can grow with the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The company culture of Praescient is focused while still be very lighthearted and funny so I actually look forward to our meetings, they are never boring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team supports each other through all of our work. We are working with different schedules and timezones so things can get complicated but people are always stepping up to help others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership makes time for everyone to have their voice heard from interns to execs. They push the staff to be their best while providing plenty of guidance and feedback opportunities to better your work and yourself professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Praescient has a big focus on having a healthy work-life balance and as a new employee, I really appreciate them going out of their way to make sure we are not only performing well but doing well mentally and physically.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I could tell they take all of their interviews seriously because by the second interiew I was speaking to the CEO and I could tell how much she valued her company and by handpicking her staff, every employee she has.
