I love what i do and i am thankful for the opportunity. The only downside is that they never promote the people that deserve it. I have a co-worker sits on his personal cell phone all day and watches tic toc videos and he is grtting a promption. I have another manager who cant do what he manages.

Without crossing any border on personal space and comforts we joke and have a great connection.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
10 years. This place wants 10 years of everything. Thats a lot of digging and remembering jobs and places youve lived for a job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring competent and reliable managers who can actually do what they are supposed to be managing. Know how the process works and do something, anything besides sit on the phone.
