This bank has poor management and extremely old technology for comsumers and employees. They also require the employees to open accounts in order to recieve direct deposit for their paychecks. Otherwise you have to wait a few days in order to get paid. Its crazy!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a small bank that has recently went through its largest acquisition last year and thinks that starting pay in the DFW area is resonable for someone to make $13 hour for a teller and $17 for a banker. Get real!
