What do you like best about the leadership team?
Constantly uplifting and open-door policy
We work as a team, if someone doesnt know how to do something we show them so next time they can show us how it is done. We have a great teamwork enviroment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees suggestions and ideas
Coming to work and actually contributing to the team in some form or fashion.
treat their front line as well as Whataburger does
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Affordable insurance for my entire family as well as voluntary life
Free bank account, good insurance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a small bank that has recently went through its largest acquisition last year and thinks that starting pay in the DFW area is resonable for someone to make $13 hour for a teller and $17 for a banker. Get real!
I am a teller and still qualify for foodstamps!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly and will to serve
They truely care for the customers and want to make them happy
My teamates are great but management is terrible
Everyone works hard together and make the day to day operations smooth.

The level of customer service is extended to staff as well

No pressure sales tactics and a focus on helping the customer
