Entrepreneurial spirit, but with the security/liquidity of a larger company. I enjoy the small feel of it and hope the growth doesn't disrupt that. It's been a safe place to learn from failures and the executives are not stuck in their ways. I would be very disappointed if this became corporatized.

Staying busy, progress, learning, interacting with colleagues.

Their integrity, accessibility, willingness to teach, and the autonomy they give me.

Accessibility to executives that I trust and believe have my interest at hand.

We help each other succeed, they're personable and relational, similar level of drive and motivation,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Participation in the projects that I develop. However, I would say that in other firms tie this to a vesting schedule similar to 401k, which I think makes a lot of sense and is fair. So if I die/disabled/leave mid project, I receive commensurate compensation for work done. I wish we did that.
