Wished compensation is based on experience and not just title. If not a raise in compensation, then more PTO would be nice.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment provides opportunity for individuals to be as successful as they want to be.
We work hard to create successful projects together and we truly strive to create the most value for our investors. We always do the right thing ethically to preserve our relationships with our investors and outside consultants.

I enjoy completing projects that I've worked hard on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't believe there's a company culture aside from "make us money" and this feels very outdated in many ways. Any attempt at change is met with resistance and no buy-in from the top to implement needed changes. It feels like either you have to accept all of PRA's failings or leave.
