Everyone is transparent and makes time to talk. Anytime I've had any questions about anything, I've gotten the an honest answer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I'm paid fairly for my work and have had my previous hard work recognized and my pay increased because of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like everyone I work with. We might not all be best friends but there is tremendous respect and everyone works hard and is there to help.
