The only way to get ahead is to hive upper management whatever they want. There is no culture or integrity unless upper management comes then out comes the fake voice and lies making it seem as if dm is so supportive and concerned when in reality couldn't care less and don't support the managers

At the company level when issues arise home office is great. It is when the dm needs to be involved where it goes all wrong and negative

I hired and trained my team for my store and we are independent and act the same no matter who shows up whether customer or superiors. I have an amazing team of loyal associates
