They aren't so hard core but corporate is bad
They try their hardest every single day.
My manager makes sure her employees are safe in side the store , I love how she never tries to be little us like the district manager & all the other managers at the other rainbow store

The entire package is great

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Havin a better team towork with feels like i do everything
Just give the employees (especially in the lower wage states) and real liveable wage, the cost of living is going up by the day.
Nobody understands they just want you to work for them for low pay.
Lied to about salary then not even paid
I will feel valued if my hours weren't always getting cut and me sent home and our manager would be less prejudice against her own kind and other races this job is not good
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly warm honest and hardworking and REAL
We all try to come together to better the store
I hired and trained my team for my store and we are independent and act the same no matter who shows up whether customer or superiors. I have an amazing team of loyal associates
Our assistant manager has take time to understand and work with each employee, she honestly understands the needs that are met but could care less because she is so underpaid and under appreciated

We all understand life is hard an people go through things so we help each other
The friendliness and the customer service
At the company level when issues arise home office is great. It is when the dm needs to be involved where it goes all wrong and negative
Its just a fun urban fashion foward place !

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Build a culture of respect and where people are valued.
For there to be a better company culture it definitely needs to have more teamwork, fairness with every employee, and lots of communication
Real Human Resources team. There is no help for employees when they are being mistreated or bullied.

Manager was straight forward, welcoming explained everything and was respectful

Could be a little more in depth when it come to interviews.

I didnt really have an interview I approached the manager at store number 1059 and filled out an application and got position with no questions asked.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the customers mist get used to our faces an keep coming back
Being able to help customers and perform my task
Getting to see all the new products
Interacting with the public and being busy
The clothes and the customers!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer service is inconsistent and poor.
Give more autonomy to the cashiers, more money for the store back banks though out the year, and more payroll just for shipment processing, LIVEABLE WAGES!!!!!!!
They rude to customerd they barely on the floor helping customers i work in stock which in the back of the store i have customers all the time coming to the back of the store askin if i can help when its several ppl in the front of the store
First and for most the company needs professional management and not segregated indiviuals with little to no respect for one another or organization. Also, management that workhard and strive to make the store a better environment.
A new manager for the store that will train and give everybody equal opportunity to do their part as far as customer service related and cash sharing related and dealing with the customers and getting more hours
