The friendliness and the customer service
At the company level when issues arise home office is great. It is when the dm needs to be involved where it goes all wrong and negative

My work flow other then that most staff including management talk on the phone and stand behind registers. While pregnant workers or other workers haul 50 pound boxes and unload shipment.

Build a culture of respect and where people are valued.
For there to be a better company culture it definitely needs to have more teamwork, fairness with every employee, and lots of communication
Real Human Resources team. There is no help for employees when they are being mistreated or bullied.
