What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team at my job needs to improve in various different ways. They need to be more coherent and responsive to their followers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One thing that would really help me feel better would be to be offered a slight raise, in regards to my hourly wage, for all the hard work I do, I feel is often very unnoticed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers in general need to improve their attitudes and work benthic by putting in more enthusiasm into their job.
