I have not been here long, but what I have seen seems to be very positive. Work/Life balance and office flexibility are excellent. Team members are treated as adults and there is no overseer mentality in the management team.

Technical requirements for projects could use more definition before project's start.

I'm very grateful for the amount of flexibility the company culture affords its employees.

I enjoy the type of work I am able to do. I am afforded a great deal of ownership in my work.

Company is performing well, does not have a dependency on a single client, or board of investors, and is flexible and capable of making decisions.
