Mr. Andrew P. Stone has been Secretary and General Counsel of Redwood Trust, Inc. since December 2008 and its Executive Vice President since January 2016. Mr. Stone served as the Managing Director of Redwood Trust Inc. Mr. Stone served as Deputy General Counsel at Thomas Weisel Partners Group, Inc. from 2006 to 2008 and between 1996 and 2006 practiced corporate and securities law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Mr. Stone holds a B.A. in mathematics and history from Kenyon College and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Christopher J. Abate, also known as Chris, has been the President of Redwood Trust, Inc. since July 01, 2016. Mr. Abate served as the Chief Financial Officer of Redwood Trust, Inc. from March 2012 to September 1, 2017 and as its Executive Vice President from January 1, 2015 to July 01, 2016. Mr. Abate served as a Controller of Redwood Trust Inc. since January 2009 until March 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Redwood Trust Inc. since March 9, 2012 and its Interim Chief Financial Officer. He served as Managing Director at Redwood Trust Inc. since December 2008 and Vice President since December 2007. He served as Principal Accounting Officer at Redwood Trust Inc. He served at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an Auditor and Consultant. He has been Director of Redwood Trust, Inc. since December 4, 2017. Mr. Collin Lee Cochrane has been the Chief Financial Officer of Redwood Trust, Inc. since September 1, 2017. Mr. Cochrane served as Managing Director and Controller of Redwood Trust, Inc. from March 18, 2013 to September 1, 2017. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of iStar Financial Inc. from February 15, 2011 to March 15, 2013. He was responsible for managing the accounting and tax departments, including internal and external financial reporting, internal controls and tax reporting and compliance at iStar Financial. He had been with iStar Financial Inc., since 2001 and served as its Corporate Controller since 2007 and Assistant Controller since 2005. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Cochrane worked at Ernst & Young LLP as an Auditor. Mr. Cochrane holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
