What would you improve about your company's interview process?
the HR team was really bunch of idiots ... they didn't know what they are doing. The manager interview me LIED about everything , the company product , the position , the team dynamic... everything ... one of WORST places I ever interviewed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The board need to step in and get rid of old timers ,including CEo, co-founder and bring in team with mind set of growing a professional hi-tech company... the culture is so toxic it can not be reformed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It is best for them to leave and bring in experienced team to run this company
