Terrible, constant change of process that is supposedly geared towards customer service and customer retention is by far the worst I've ever seen! But as long as the company gets more online reviews its a success! Also company has 50+% profit gain 1st half 2021,employees who actually "work"see nada!

There are some very hard working and talented people I interact with somewhat regularly!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher hourly rate,being compensated for not using the companies health care benefits, compensated better for vacation pay!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that most of my coworkers and I satisfy and maintain customers that generally don't care for this company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Implementing actual processes that are customer driven! Stopping yearly price increases! Pay your employees better! Never seen customer retention and satisfaction so low! Also employee retention and morale has never been worse!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lame duck management is best description, these people can change or fix nothing! I've gone 4-5 months without seeing or talking to these people,what type of managment is that? They are email jockeys and confrence callers! I don't understand how specialists still work here!
