They pay less than you would think, they dont take coat of living seriously. They make it hard to hire new employees because the pay is not competirive, so managemebt has to pull a lot of slack. They dont listen!

I work with good people, they work hard and dont get much in return from the company. I feel they are overloadedwith duties thatshould not be pit on them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that they didnt value me from the beginning. They cut my pay and position upon hiring me. This is after moving 800 milestotake the job. I would be happy with a $5000 raise...
