Honesty about the hours and pay during the interview process.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to, paying, and providing hours to program staff in a way that will allow us to live in the communities we serve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid about half the salary needed to live in the communities we serve. We do not have enough hours to make ends meet. Program Managers should have full time hours and be compensated enough that they can live comfortably in the communities they serve.
