What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show up to show others your hard work and them they are never heard from again. It is verified that men make mire than women in the same position and ypoer managemrnt doesnt make changes.

Effective communication and hiring the appropriate staff members. ensuring that child to staff ratio is in tact at all times.

More attention, better follow-through, checking in with our site more often. Making sure we have the supplies and resources to complete daily programming.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary , paid holidays
As a manager, I am unhappy with how our bonus if affected by student enrollments. Half of our bonus is fron the NPS scores, but the other half is how manu students we have on hand. I dont like that 1 morning or afternoon student counts as half a student. Its not fair.
You do way more than originallt asked, and paid bare minimum
We are paid about half the salary needed to live in the communities we serve. We do not have enough hours to make ends meet. Program Managers should have full time hours and be compensated enough that they can live comfortably in the communities they serve.
Proper compensation for the amount of work we put in, more inclusiveness for children who have behaviors.

they are amazing and effective
The ones who get it, GET IT, they are dedicated to enriching kids' lives and being the best part of a student's day.
We worked very well together, supported each other and did not need to be asked to step in and help.

I came to work every day for the kids and co-workers.
I love that my team feeds off each others advice and takes constructive critisism. We arent afraid to ask each other for help
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one is trained. There is no continuity.
One employee bullies other co-workers. Doesnt follow program schedule. Doesnt conversate with parents in a professional manner. Disrespectful to the area manager.
Minimum monthly meetings at the bare minimum.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are pretty cool and we like the students
The children make with whole work experience. Doing my job is great because the impact and bond I have and get to continue creating with the kiddos.
The kids are great to be around
That i dont work with a certain coworker anymore. I emjoy working with whom is with me now.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the person who interviewed me, and all the questions were easy and I was able to ask questions of my own.
How fast it was, onboarding was the pits but the interview part was straight forward and communicative.
I appreciated how quickly an interview was scheduled and that it was via Zoom.

Do NOT work here if you have any sense of self respect or self worth at all. The Area Manager here in Little Rock, Arkansas, Hannah Oglesby is less than professional with absolutely ZERO managerial skills. Does not delegate any tasks which just increases the tasks for Program Managers. Refuses to

Valuing and compensating employees for actual time worked so much broken with this company- they have 0 clue what they are doing but I certainly know exactly how to fix it but they dont want to know bc they may have to spend $$$ to get and keep quality top of the line employees like me-
