Area manager doesn't take concerns seriously when brought to their attention. Doing work of a program manager and not being compensated, which was not disclosed in initial hire period. Favors employees that dont follow the handbook but reprimands other employees who follow program expectations.

That i dont work with a certain coworker anymore. I emjoy working with whom is with me now.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
One employee bullies other co-workers. Doesnt follow program schedule. Doesnt conversate with parents in a professional manner. Disrespectful to the area manager.
