I expected Right at School to have more budget for staff hours given the number of students. I believe there should be more staff to one child depending on the childs neurological developmental disability instead of the ratio 1:15. Smaller sites need more support with those "problem behavior" kids.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team feeds off each others advice and takes constructive critisism. We arent afraid to ask each other for help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a manager, I am unhappy with how our bonus if affected by student enrollments. Half of our bonus is fron the NPS scores, but the other half is how manu students we have on hand. I dont like that 1 morning or afternoon student counts as half a student. Its not fair.
