The environment and people are great. Some of the big, corporate garbage is beginning to creep in. The balance is faster, better supplies and equipment. We have good autonomy, for now, but that may not continue. Generally enjoyable experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raises are hard to get. The attitude of "what more are you going to do for the company to earn this raise?" Roth raised its prices over 15%, but i did not get a 15% raise. If i get an 8% raise (matching inflation), it means I'm getting the SAME value as last year.
