I love my manager, she is very encouraging and supportive. I love all the ways Roth takes care of it's employees with extra incentives and small treats or gift cards. It makes me feel very recognized when I do something good!

Everybody has a positive attitude and are great to work with, it feels like its one big family cause eveyone cares for eachother.
People show up to work because they enjoy being here. It's very common place for people to be excited for their day and say this is the best place they've worked. I haven't had a day I've regretted working here.
