What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is taken very good care of.
They are open and honest about the goals for the company. They are always open to ideas and suggestions to make improvements.
I am confident in their goal setting and financial acumen. I am happy that all results are communicated throughout the company.
Open and Honest communication about how I am doing. This allows me to know what and how to improve my job performance and advancement in my career.
Everyone is so kind and understanding of personal needs, they also genuinely care in my progression in this career. Words of affirmation are frequent and generously given and the leadership here manages in a way that encourages growth instead of criticizing mistakes. Roth is a fantastic place to be!

100% coverage for Medical, Dental & Vision
Our vacation package is very good for the trades. After 10 years, you receive a whole month of PTO. That is outstanding.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raises are hard to get. The attitude of "what more are you going to do for the company to earn this raise?" Roth raised its prices over 15%, but i did not get a 15% raise. If i get an 8% raise (matching inflation), it means I'm getting the SAME value as last year.
