Welcomed in by everyone in my department and everyone is eager to teach and support. All my coworkers seem to get along and can rely on each other. Management is very supportive and gives lots of feedback on how I'm doing on the job and how to improve.

The team always answers their phones and there is a wealth of knowledge I can rely on if I get stuck on something.

The training they give us when there isn't work to be done. They make sure we can get a paycheck even in slow business times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The L10 meetings we can discuss any problems we're having and we all get to tell a little about our personal lives and get support from the group.
