I love how much everyone genuinely roots for and encourages each other.

I love that we have full coverage insurance that is employer paid. As well as the generous amount of PTO.
What makes you most happy at work?
I genuinely like my job at Roth, Talking to customers and interacting with my coworkers is enjoyable 99.9% of the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my manager, she is very encouraging and supportive. I love all the ways Roth takes care of it's employees with extra incentives and small treats or gift cards. It makes me feel very recognized when I do something good!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is so kind and understanding of personal needs, they also genuinely care in my progression in this career. Words of affirmation are frequent and generously given and the leadership here manages in a way that encourages growth instead of criticizing mistakes. Roth is a fantastic place to be!
