I have ASD. Management staff comes across as unhelpful, pushy and makes me feel unwelcome at work. I don't know if I have a job week to week and feel they discriminate against me for my disability. Staff cares more about speed than staff training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Would love healthcare and schedule posted 2 weeks in advance so I may plan my schedule better. I have had to cancel and push back therapy sessions because of lack of communication from management
