What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The higher up supervisors will tell you until they are blue in the face that they have your back, but when it comes down to it they don't and they make it extremely obvious that they do not. This agency needs all new higher up supervisors if they want their employees to stay. This only relates to FC
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Foster Care Dept: You are not valued for the amount of work you have to do and the stress you have to handle, there is no support system, and you are paid way less with lousy benefits, yet they wonder why so many Case Manager's leave the agency to go work for the State.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Foster Care Dept: Very negative department to work in, the employees are always complaining about caseloads and unfair pay.
