We work well together as a team. In Visalia, our admissions team reps have longevity with SJVC and we understand the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Retention of High Performance employees is part of our strategy map and institution score card. I've been loyal and committed and the work I do to contribute to the sustainability of SJVC, should be compensated fairly.
