have met many good people working here (staff, faculty, etc), have developed good relationships over the years with many....for the most part enjoy the work i do and enjoy a decent work/life balance....

friendly, supportive of each other, concern for each other's well being...
What makes you most happy at work?
conversing with coworkers regarding work/family topics.....serving our students/prospects the best we can....
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
our campus anyway seems to really want what is best for our student/prospects and provide friendly customer service....
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they seem to care about the personal needs of employees and are concerned about work/life balance.....approachable in most cases if there is a problem or concern...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
seems that based on my length of time with the company (over 10 years), and quality of work provided, have not seen enough in the way of merit increases...doesn't seem to match industry standards with what other colleges pay for similar work....
