What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are absolutely dedicated to the College's mission. My supervisors have always been very supportive of me both professionally and personally, affording me growth opportunities as well as recognizing the need for work-life balance. It truly does feel like a family environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The level of support at all levels - I have never felt there wasn't someone I could go to with a problem or a concern. There is always someone willing to step in and help when needed, in whatever capacity they could.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team just meshes well - we recognize each other's strengths and know who to go to when certain skills or strengths are needed. This has allowed me to learn skills outside of my own job responsibilities and to grow my professional profile. Best of all, we genuinely LIKE and care about each other.
