The company as a whole tries. However there are department leaders that are just not good at their job. Combined with the low pay, it's really demoralizing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team on campus works together well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being busy and feeling needed. Feeling accomplished after helping students.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation for the job/tasks that I do and of what is expected of me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training is terrible. There are employees who have been with the company for years and still don't understand their job. Training on new processes consists of powerpoint presentations that could've been sent in an email.
