They micromanage, like making us do over time on weekends. The pressure is bad and it is all because they give us unrealistic goals as if we get commission. THE COMPANY NEEDS TO FOCUS ON MORE MARKETING TO GET MORE PEOPLE INTO THE SCHOOL INSTEAD OF PUTTING ALL OF THE PRESSURE ON ADMISSIONS.

They are lenient when we can not come to work because of personal issues

We are different cultures but created a great bond and are there for each other

When there are actually leads to call and people who are actually interested in our school
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other. We all relate to each other and how we feel about things at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They give us ridiculous goals with not enough resources. We do not have any leads to work with but still expect us to enroll a lot of people. This is a sales job with out any commission or bonuses but still give us crazy goals there fore the pay is bad.
