I just wish When I applied it would have said that it was temporally remote. I wish that I was given the option. I wish I was not working alone. I want things to make sense. I don't think the pay is worth the drive and being away from home that much.

either come to campus or put us all back

i am alone. I am lonely. I am stressed. I applied for something remote and this is not what I was looking for.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the fact that the CSA team and FA team was forced to come back to campus. When it was never talked about while being hired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that I have no supervisor. I have no support. I have no one here in my team. I would like to go back to remote or get higher pay. As I had to buy clothes to be on campus. I spend money on a baby sitter and gas.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I applied for aremote position and was forced to return to campus. I am the only here in my team, I cant afford to lose my job but I am failing being on campus and more stressed and living pay check to pay check and not seeing my son 12 hours a day
