There is a Genuine caring about people.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to be creative and innovative.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their intelligence and ability /willingness to noodle through complexities.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Survey assumes that looking forward to socializing is the same as being able to work together. It's not related.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The yearly compensation is below average, and without contributions to 401k, significantly lower. It makes it harder to recruit and keep good employees.
