The company is great. I love working remotely. Although some of us are remote, you still feel the support of your company and team. It is very family oriented and I love that meetings are interactive and include games to make work a little more fun from time to time.

What makes you most happy at work?
You work on your own but within a team. Everything we work on affects another department or student.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels very family oriented. If you are new, everyone is welcoming and excited to get to know you. You automatically feel a part of the family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone assist each other with any questions that we have. If we are off due to illness or vacation the team assists with our tasks for the day. You feel very supported with the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If we need to talk about something in more detail or need assistance with a project, they are open to meeting with us. Our leadership team has also offered assistance when we are feeling to overwhelmed with our tasks and projects. They will assist us with taking on a few tasks to aid for the day.
