What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better pay and better structure.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Small campus means more team work across departments to support students.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yearly salary increases to keep pay competitive with other institutions. Why stay long term when there is a clear pay ceiling that is reached almost immediately?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Putting in the time to get to know people on the ground. It is frustrating to have corporate decisions made broadly that may not be the best for individual campuses.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better, more comprehensible training for faculty. Clear and defined roles and responsibilities in job descriptions that do not rely on the "other duties as needed" clause to justify individual expectations.
