It has changed since I started and not for the better. The quality of students has decreased and too much redundant online cyber security training. A lot of staff leaving and I don’t get the hours I used to
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always professional and respectful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are short staffed but are trying their best
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, especially with instructors. I feel out of the loop most of the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel very underpaid for all the efforts and time I put to the student and college.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am not a site instructor like I want to be because of not enough staff.
