Majority speaking, the friendly employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be paid the salary level my job title is at in the marketplace.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Praise. Leadership always pushing for more, but praise is rare or nonexistent. I feel my works is overlooked and I am unappreciated.
